Koori Court Officer - Melbourne Children’s Court of Victoria

Melbourne Children's Court of Victoria is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person to join our team. This opportunity will allow you to work with Judges, Magistrates, Koori Court Elders and Respected Persons, the Koori Court Unit and staff at the Children’s Court in addition to this you will assisting in providing holistic support for Koori Children attending the Children’s Court. You will join a supported network of Koori staff in the Courts Services Victoria, this includes training and professional development. You will also have opportunity to network with other Koori Court Officers across the state.

This is an Aboriginal Designated Position, classified under 'special measures' of section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. Only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.
